特點:印尼千層糕的層數通常18至20層。 單單一個千層蛋糕會用超過30隻雞蛋,每底製作需時3-4小時
製作方法:只用蛋黃不用蛋白,口感鬆軟。
製作材料及過程:麵糊是用奶油、麵粉、糖、蛋黃製成,
然後一層一層烤焗變,步驟十分費時,要不斷重複取出來再倒入麵糊烤下一層,直至完成一底厚度
味道:蛋味較濃,口感軟滑,奶油香味濃郁
